Updates for use on the RHEL9 cluster, along with a few small improvements:

Remove duplicate logged messages in the notebook (closes #7 (closed))
Add .m4a to the README's list of audio file types that users have had success transcribing (closes #2 (closed))
Move the repo from Terry's personal UVM GitLab space to the user-facing Gitlab Group "VACC Tools" (closes #1 (closed))
