This has seen time on beta.test-ipv6.com - but not yet in production.

This does NOT attempt to identify http-only vs http+https "other site" and "mirror" resource urls (sites_parsed.json). We still need to do work on the validation/testing tool that reads the site data and emits info on which sites are https capable.
