Multifamily is permitted use in some districts, but site plan review by DRB required. Fields 3FDP & 4FDP should be changed from Allowed/Conditional to Public Hearing.

Section 806: Development Review Board Hearing and Review 806.1 No zoning permit shall be issued by the Zoning Administrator for any use or structure other than single or two-family dwellings, associated accessory uses and structures, and other uses exempted from these regulations, until the Development Review Board grants site development plan approval. If Conditional Use review is also required, Site Plan Review may be conducted concurrently with conditional use review.
