Updated readme. Fixed some window weirdness in code. Removed unnecessary functions and code in board, ship, tile. Added try, except to server connect due to timeout of server listening. Organized constants.py. Updated how the board is created to utilize constants rather than grabbing files and then getting the distance between them. Added comments elsewhere
